Yes, its a brand-new spanking new year, and already I have broken a few resolutions! The one I am most dissapointed with myself over is my tardiness, I had promised myself to live on abt 4 hrs of sleep daily, but its the 5th of Janny, and I've failed miserably, the worst of which happened today, where I had an evening "nap" that lasted 5 hours!And that too, after having a lay-in of about 2 hrs in the morning, AFTER the 6 hrs of "regular sleep" I had...causing me to be abt an hour late for work. Not good. Not good...especially when it is a promotion year...
Blek!
Back to New Years and all the accompanying fanfare, we bunch of friends piled into a car and drove down to PD...after cleaning out the liquor shelves at Carrefour and piling two trolleys high with various mind numbing inducements.
It was to be an eventful new year, and if it was the litmus test for the year to come, then it promises to be a seriously chaotic affair for the next 360-odd days!
